ResidentCare Medical is a mobile general practice service for residential aged care in Australia, led by Dr Nicholas Biehl. Contact: contact@residentcaremedical.com.au.
What this website collects
This website does not use a contact form and does not intentionally collect personal information through the site itself. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message (for example your name, contact details, and the reason for your enquiry).
How we use email enquiries
We use enquiry emails only to respond to you and, where relevant, to arrange a conversation about our service. We do not sell your details. Please do not include sensitive health information in your first email.
Health information
If you become a patient of the practice, health information will be collected and held under Australian privacy law and professional obligations, using our clinical systems and with appropriate consent. That process is separate from this website.
Hosting and logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and technical operation. We do not use those logs to identify you for marketing.
